Initial Deep GermCleaning

This package is what our maids do on your initial cleaning. It can be booked as a one-time clean, or to begin a recurring service. Either way, your home will sparkle from top to bottom and will allow perfect maintenance cleaning going forward!

General GermCleaning

Once your home is in tip-top shape, this is the service you will receive on a recurring basis to provide perfect maintenance cleaning. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly options are available!

This service includes all of the tasks involved in a general cleaning, but also includes more detailed cleaning tasks such as washing baseboards, cleaning inside kitchen appliances and cabinet drawers, and washing door frames. This service is designed to get your home back to a like-new condition.

Important Policies

Cancellation & Lockout Policy

Please note that if service is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, we are unable to access the home upon arrival, or are turned away at the door, a cancellation/ lockout fee equal to the service price will be charged to the card on file.

What We Don't Do:

Due to liability risks and company policy, the following services have been temporarily suspended until further notice:

  • Lifting & moving heavy furniture (Requiring another person's assistance)
  • Reaching heights inaccessible on our 3-step ladders
  • Carpet cleaning (Steam cleaning / Carpet shampooing)
  • Cleaning bio-hazardous substances (Blood, Mold, Or Animal Waste)
  • Service clients who are disrespectful to our staff
  • High ceiling fans (10ft+)
  • Delicate light fixtures
  • Grout fixing (Sealing, advanced-level grout needs)
  • Cleaning if there are cockroaches present
  • Cleaning while other vendors are in the home
  • Heavy trash removal
  • Unfinished basements
  • Rust removal/ Rust cleaning

Terms & Conditions

Please note that if service is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, we are unable to access the home upon arrival, or are turned away at the door, a cancellation/lockout fee equal to half the service price will be charged to the card on file.

Contractor Policy *

Due to our liability policy there can not be another contractor/ company present on the premises during our scheduled cleaning. 

In the event another contractor arrives while the GermSmart staff is cleaning , our staff will notify the office & will not continue the service. The full balance will be charged on the card on file and the GermSmart team will leave. You void the free reclean & refund option in agreeing to this policy. 

If another contractor services the premises within the first 24 hours of your cleaning , you void your option of a reclean & refund. We are not responsible for the damage done after the contractors arrive. 

Pests Policy*

GermSmart will not clean homes with active infestations of pests such as rodents, bed bugs, or cockroaches.The customer is responsible for ensuring that the premises are free of pests before scheduling cleaning services.

If pests are found while GermSmart staff is cleaning , our staff will notify the office & will not continue the service. The full balance will be charged on the card on file and the GermSmart team will leave.

**Disclaimer: For estimates done sight unseen, this estimate is based on conditions discussed. If for any reason the home is not as depicted or would require extra time, you will be asked to approve the extra time needed or can choose to stay within your estimate, understanding it will be left incomplete.
